Shipping & Returns
Shipments are generally made with Correos España, as a certified letter from Gerona.
The customer will choose the place of receipt of the merchandise at the time of placing the order. HELLO GEEK AND FREAK reserves the right to use all necessary means to deliver the products to the address indicated by the customer. Deliveries will be made worldwide. By accepting the general conditions, the customer agrees to pay customs charges if applicable.
Package preparation times during the event and/or Christmas season are approximately 1 week. You can see the list of events I will attend in the Events section, below in the footer menu of the website.
Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country. National shipments are delivered in about 2-4 business days. Deliveries to Europe usually take between 2-4 weeks. Non-European international shipments usually take between 3 and 6 weeks.
If an item is not in stock at the time of ordering (and is not a pre-sale), HELLO GEEK AND FREAK will inform the customer and confirm the date on which it will be available again or offer an equivalent refund.
When placing an order, the customer agrees to sign the receipt sheet presented by the person making the delivery, in which they may include all the observations they consider necessary. By signing the receipt form, the client acknowledges having received the number of packages indicated therein. If the customer observes damaged products or missing products, they must make a claim to the company within a maximum period of three days.
In compliance with article 10 of Law 34/2002 on society, information and electronic commerce services, if you are not happy with your order, you can return it without problem or justification within the next 14 days. We will refund your money in about 3-5 days after receiving it (shipping fee not included). The item must first be returned to our facilities in perfect condition or such return will not be possible.
